THE STORY continued…

This is an Integrated Wasabi Spirit™ that is produced by integrating 100% Namida® Wasabi rhizomes into a 40% alcohol base using a proprietary method.

Hand made in small batches, this product has an amazing aroma that carries through to the taste buds.

Market research in the UK, Canada, NZ, South Africa, Australia, Japan and USA has shown that this drink will be very well received by the drinking public. In fact, during the market research sessions a number of interviewees asked if they could purchase some Namida® Wasabi Spirit™ there and then.

In Canada the drink of choice to include the Namida® Wasabi Spirit™ in is the Bloody Caesar to replace the vodka. Since this drink is consumed in large quantities by the Canadians, the market in Canada alone is immediate.

In the USA, the drink is a Bloody Mary although a number of different cocktails were developed and altered by the use of Namida® Wasabi Spirit™ and were readily accepted by patrons.

In the UK, the shot glass (throw it down your throat) attitude was dominant. Ladies sipping the drink over ice was their choice.

South Africa regards the drink as a “punishment shot”, on a par with popular herbal liquors.

New Zealand tended more towards a sweeter drink, and added Lemon Crush and ice to the Namida® Wasabi Spirit™ to agree with their taste.

As you can see from the above the market research indicates a significant worldwide market for this drink.

This drink was first developed in New Zealand in 1996, and is now available on the world stage. It is produced in South Africa using high quality Namida® wasabi rhizomes imported from New Zealand.
