Subject: Wasabi Spirit.
We had a party the other night and it was the first time trying the
Wasabi spirit. The Japanese couple loved it as did most of those
familiar with the green stuff served at sushi houses. Those who didn’t
eat sushi (or hated it) didn’t care much for the flavour but I
attribute that to the fact they have never aquired a taste for the
wonderful plant through the usual way.
I tried it this afternoon with freshly made carrot juice and it was
devine. A little goes a long way but…….tomorrow will be with my
carrot/beet/brocoli/apple juice concoction!
